All of our cakes are iced on the outside with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, with the exception of black buttercream cakes, which are iced with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream.

Apple cinnamon cake, salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream, apple pie filling

Vanilla buttercake, raspberry curd swiss meringue buttercream, raspberry pop rocks

ICING VARIETIES:

All of our cakes are iced on the outside with Swiss Meringue buttercream - a light and silky frosting made with egg whites, vanilla and Lurpak butter

For cupcakes, you can choose from Swiss Meringue buttercream or American buttercream (a traditional formulation of Lurpak butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla. A vegan option is also available).

Please note that we use products containing nuts, gluten and dairy in our kitchen and cannot guarantee that our products will not contain traces of nuts, gluten and dairy.
